By placing an order through our website, you are indicating acceptance of the terms and conditions below. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should refer to them each time you place an order.

Receipt Of Orders

When you place an order through our website, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the item has been paid for. When we receive the order, it is treated as an offer to buy. When you receive your email to say the goods have been dispatched, only at this point do we make a legal contract with you.


We accept payment by Paypal through our website. Should you wish to pay by other means, please contact us at sales@diyuk.net. Please do not send payments through the post without prior arrangement.


Our standard carriage charge to most UK mainland addresses is charged for a dispatch within 4-6 working days. Express shipping for a dispatch within 1-3 working days is available. Saturday and Sunday delivery is also available. The cut-off time for next day delivery is 12pm. Orders received after this time cannot be guaranteed, but we will endeavour to do our best – if in doubt, please give us call before placing your order. Delivery maybe made between 7am and 6pm, however, we will endeavour to make delivery between 9am and 5pm. If any product is out of stock you will be notified by the end of business on the next working day. Risk shall pass on delivery. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, you should notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt. In the case of any damage upon delivery, it is essential that all packaging materials are retained as they may be required for inspection by the carriers. Should packaging not be available for inspection, you claim for damage may not be upheld.

If goods are returned to us for reasons of non-delivery, however arising, only the costs of the goods will be refunded and not postage and packaging charges. Should the customer state any incorrect information within the delivery address (including postcode), we reserve the right to make an additional charge to redirect the goods to the correct address. Any claim for non-delivery of goods must be made within 14 days of dispatch. Any claim outside of this time may not be upheld.

Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. We shall accept no liability in relation to late delivery beyond the value of the goods in question, however arising.

Product Images & Descriptions

We do our utmost to accurately describe the designs featured, both in content and colour. The colour of images shown may be affected by many factors, including your monitor, however, we do our best to accurately reproduce colours. We cannot be held responsible for exact colours or shades based on monitor settings or preferences. We will always do our best to allow returns on colour discrepancies although this cannot be guaranteed and outward carriage will not be covered in refunds.

Returns & Faults

Goods will be accepted for return within 28 days of receipt of order for a full refund by your original payment method. Postage and packing costs are not refunded and any return costs must be borne by the purchaser. Goods must be undamaged and still in the original packaging to be accepted for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet this requirement. We would recommend goods are returned with a traceable service and insured up to the value of the goods. Outside of 28 days and subject to approval, should we still have the items in stock, goods may still be accepted for return but will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

In the event of a fault, please firstly contact us by email at sales@diyuk.net with a full description of the problem and await our reply, usually within 24 hours. Technical information in response to the enquiry is given by the company in good faith. Samples will be required along with labels for every faulty roll. All claims are dealt with on an individual basis and will be subject to the manufacturer’s agreement. Please note that prior to hanging any wallpaper, you should check all wallpaper products for faults or defects. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be issued, but decorating costs will not be covered.

Sale of Goods

All Products are believed to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. However, it is ultimately for the customer to satisfy himself as to suitability for his own particular purpose which may depend upon site conditions that are unknown to the company. The liability of the company will not exceed the value of the goods supplied under any circumstances including loss of profits, consequential, financial and other losses.

Customs/Import Duties

Use and import of purchases made by you through our website are subject to customs in your own country and any fees incurred when importing must be paid by you.


Sales on this website are governed by UK law and any dispute will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
